Science

Science This is just so wierd. Celltech gets a patent in 1989. Genentech fights it. They reach an agreement in 2001, tell the PTO to vacatre the original patent and issue a new one ... but it's dated 2001 so a patent on some of the underlying tech involved in making protein antibodies is extended from 2006 to 2018. And somehow it's legal. It boggles the mind.

Tune Recycler - Support Indie Music with the iTunes Pepsi Super Bowl Promotion

Tune Recycler - Support Indie Music with the iTunes Pepsi Super Bowl Promotion This is cool ... apparently Pepsi expects 85-90% of the caps to be thrown away. If you don't use iTunes, send your cap to them and they'll see to it that an independant label tune is downloaded.

Macintosh: Think Pepsi.

The real question is, why did Green Day do it?
